Nancy’s Gone Green is an eco-friendly online shop offering chic and colorful clothing, shoes, and accessories for women. We represent over 50 labels which create products from organic, recycled and sustainable materials according to fair labor guidelines.

Pop-up Boutique Manager

We are seeking a sales representative to manage our “pop-up” boutique at live events including indoor and outdoor markets, craft fairs, and festivals in Massachusetts and nearby states. Gain experience in sales and marketing while meeting lots of new people and earning a generous commission.

This is a part-time, weekend-only position, reporting directly to the owners. We ask for a minimum commitment of six months, working most Saturdays and Sundays, with about 2-3 days off per month. Pop-up event hours are generally 10 AM – 4 PM, with some variation. Pay is based on a sales commission with a guaranteed minimum of $10/hour. We also offer a monthly shopping stipend and a very generous merchandise discount.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales or fundraising, and a genuine interest in meeting new people and traveling to festive community events. This is a great “stepping-stone” job for anyone looking to work in sales, marketing, merchandising or store management. Over time there will be opportunities to take on a bigger role within our company, if desired.

Marketing Internship

We are always seeking creative, passionate students and recent graduates to join our team on a full or part-time basis. Interns may specialize in advertising, analytics, sales, PR, social media, photography, or graphic design. Time will be split 50% on day-to-day tasks around the office, 50% on independent projects.

Fashion Design Internship

Nancy's Gone Green offers a unique opportunity for design students to learn about eco-friendly materials and methods. Interns will design, produce, market, and sell a 2-3 piece mini collection made from vintage, recycled, or organic materials. Accessory designers welcome!
