The rise measurement is from the center front top (the waistband) to the crotch/leg seam, the inseam is inside crotch along the side leg seam to the bottom. The "waist" is along the top of the pants, whether or not it sits at the actual waist. The hip is at the widest part above the legs. How can you get a great fit?
